• Which iPhone models is it compatible with?
he Frame Case is currently compatible with iPhone 17 Pro, iPhone 17 Pro Max, iPhone 18 Pro and iPhone 18 Pro Max.

• What are the reinforced corners for?
The four corners are reinforced with elastic TPU, which keeps the case lightweight while giving your phone a certain degree of drop protection. With its borderless side design, the Frame Case focuses on slimness and feel, so its drop resistance is relatively lower than that of a traditional full-coverage case.

• Can it be used with the MOFT Lanyard?
It's not recommended. The Frame Case has an open-sided design with limited coverage, so when the anchor and the MOFT Lanyard are used together, the load may be distributed unevenly, which poses a risk of the phone being flung off, especially during vigorous activities such as running, jumping or cycling.

• Which MOFT magnetic accessories is it compatible with?
The Frame Case is compatible with MOFT magnetic phone accessories, except the Snap Fold for iPhone Duo. Explore compatible stands and wallets in our MagSafe Collection. When used with a MOFT magnetic stand, it won't interfere with the camera frame.

• Does it support wireless charging?
The Frame Case has been tested with the MOFT Snap Battery Pack, the Apple MagSafe Battery and the Apple MagSafe Charger, and the charging speed is basically the same as without a case.

• Will it affect the NFC function?
No. The Frame Case won't affect the NFC function, so you can use it with an NFC reader directly.

• Will magnetic accessories leave marks on the leather?
Long-term pressure from a MagSafe accessory may leave a slight ring mark on soft vegan leather. MOVAS™ has good resilience, so the mark usually fades on its own once the accessory is removed, though longer contact takes longer to recover. Gently wiping the area with a cotton cloth helps the texture recover faster.

• Can it be used with adhesive accessories?
It's not recommended. The case surface has a scratch-and-dirt resistant coating that reduces adhesion, so adhesive accessories may not stick securely, and removing strong adhesive could damage the leather.

• How to clean it?
Wipe the surface with a damp, soft cloth. For stubborn stains, you can use alcohol up to 75%. Let it evaporate, and don't soak the case in liquid. Common stains such as oil, lipstick and coffee wipe off easily within 15 minutes, so we recommend cleaning them promptly. For the TPU corners, wipe dirt off promptly with alcohol no stronger than 75%. Stains that have soaked into the TPU can't be removed.
