- Which iPhone models is it compatible with?
It's designed for iPhone 18 Pro and iPhone 18 Pro Max.
- How does the privacy protection work?
It uses an ultra-fine louver structure to create a 26° left-right privacy angle, so people beside you on the subway, in elevators or in queues can't easily see your screen. We chose left-right privacy over four-way because it's thinner and lets more light through, keeping your screen brighter.
- Does it work with Face ID?
Yes. The protector has a precise cutout at the front camera area, so Face ID works normally.
- Will it dim my screen or affect touch?
The privacy layer lowers light transmittance, which peaks close to 70%, so the screen looks slightly dimmer than with the HD version. In testing, touch sensitivity isn't affected: the glass is a slightly thinner 0.33mm to offset the thicker privacy layer. Very dry or oily fingers can also change how well touch is recognized.
- What does "3A" mean?
3A stands for Anti-Reflection, Anti-Fingerprint and Anti-Rainbow. The AR coating cuts glare so your screen stays readable in bright outdoor light, the AF coating helps resist fingerprints and oil, and the anti-rainbow adhesive prevents rainbow patterns when you view your phone through polarized sunglasses.
- What is it made of, and is it shatterproof?
It's made of LAS (lithium aluminosilicate) glass, strengthened four times, with a surface hardness of 9H. Like any glass protector, it can't be completely shatterproof, but the stronger glass helps reduce the risk of cracking on impact. Hits near the edges are more likely to crack it than hits at the center.
- How do I install it?
- Clean the screen with the alcohol wipe, dust-free cloth and dust-removal sticker.
- Clip the alignment frame on (TOP mark at the top), then pull out the film at the PULL OUT indicator and let the air expel on its own.
- If it stops midway, slowly slide your finger from bottom to top, then remove the frame and top film from the TOP end. Watch the video: Privacy Screen Protector User Guide.
- What's in the box?
One screen protector, one cleaning kit (alcohol wipe, dust-free cloth and 2 dust-removal stickers), one squeegee and one alignment frame.
- What if there are bubbles or dust after installation?
If dust gets in during installation, lift it off with the dust-removal sticker. Use the squeegee to slowly push bubbles toward the edge, or gently press small edge bubbles with your finger. Any tiny bubbles left usually disappear by the next day.
- How do I clean it?
- Daily: Wipe gently with a soft microfiber cloth.
- Stubborn stains: Spray screen cleaner on the cloth (not on the film), or wipe lightly with alcohol below 75%, keeping liquid away from the edges.
- Avoid: Abrasive cleaners and rough paper towels, which can scratch the anti-fingerprint coating.
- Can I reuse it?
No. Once peeled off, the adhesive layer picks up dust and impurities, so reapplying would affect the fit and touch response and may cause bubbles.
- What's the difference between the HD and Privacy versions?
Both have 3A performance and 9H hardness. The Privacy version adds a 26° left-right privacy angle, while the HD Screen Protector offers higher light transmittance (peak 96%) for the clearest view.
