Shipment Processing Time
Order processing starts 1-2 business days, so please make sure your order is correct before you hit the submit button.

We will send you an email with a tracking number once the order is shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

• Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. You can track the shipping status on http://www.ec-firstclass.org/ with the tracking number (provided in your order detail page)
• US domestic shipping takes about 5-12 business days depending on the delivery location. Chinese mainland, Hong Kong, and Macau shipping takes about 3 business days. Taiwan shipping takes about 7 business days. International shipping takes 2-3 weeks because of customs processing. All delivery dates provided by the postal service are estimates not guarantees.
