• Which iPhone models is it compatible with?
  The Snap Case is currently compatible with iPhone 17 Pro, iPhone 17 Pro Max, iPhone 18 Pro and iPhone 18 Pro Max.

• How does it work with the Drift Lanyard Bag?
  The MOVAS Case is designed with a groove inside for the lanyard anchor, so the case can still fit the phone perfectly while connecting the Drift Lanyard Bag. (*The Drift Lanyard Bag is sold individually.)

• Can I still charge with a cable while the lanyard anchor is installed?
  Yes. The charging port opening has been adjusted so the case works with third-party cables even with the nylon anchor in place. For a good fit, the connector should be no thicker than 6mm with the anchor installed (6.5mm without it).

• Does it support wireless charging?
  The MOVAS Case has been tested with the MOFT Snap Battery Pack, the Apple MagSafe Battery and the Apple MagSafe Charger, and the charging speed is basically the same as without a case. For other wireless chargers, the charging performance may vary due to different magnet layouts.

• Will it affect the NFC function?
  No. The MOVAS Case won't affect the NFC function, so you can use it with an NFC reader directly.

• Can it be used with adhesive accessories?
  It's not recommended. The case surface has a scratch-and-dirt resistant coating that reduces adhesion, so adhesive accessories may not stick securely, and removing strong adhesive could damage the leather.

• How to clean it?
  Wipe the surface with a damp, soft cloth. For stubborn stains, you can use alcohol up to 75%. Let it evaporate, and don't soak the case in liquid. Common stains such as oil, lipstick and coffee wipe off easily within 15 minutes, so we recommend cleaning them promptly.

• Why is the Camera Control unresponsive right after I put the case on?
  The Camera Control area is covered with PU instead of glass. If you slide it immediately after fitting the case, it may not respond for about 3 seconds. Wait a few seconds after putting the case on and it will work normally.

• What's New vs. the Previous Snap Case

1. Same skin-friendly, durable feel. It keeps the soft, skin-friendly touch and everyday durability of MOVAS-P, with a silicone-like protective surface.
2. Lighter. Down to 28g (Pro) / 34g (Pro Max), with the back panel thinned from about 2.3mm to 1.95mm. The inner lining is now crater-textured mocha leather, which feels cleaner and crisper than the previous suede-like lining.
3. Better grip. The outer edges are subtly re-curved so they're less likely to dig into your hand, and the metal buttons have a reshaped profile and new finish for an easier, more comfortable press.
4. Built for the iPhone 18 camera. The camera frame sits 0.65mm above the lens to fit the taller camera module, with an adjusted slope that looks slimmer from the front.
5. Strong magnetic hold, even with less weight. The case stays magnetic despite the weight reduction.
