- Which phone cases is the lanyard compatible with?
Two anchors are included (a Metal Anchor and a Nylon Anchor), which fit most phone cases except those with a fully open bottom. With MOFT phone cases and stands, the anchors won't get in the way of the stand. We don't recommend using it with the Frame Case.
- How do I attach it to my phone?
Place the anchor between your phone and case, then clip the lanyard onto it. Watch our video for a step-by-step walkthrough: How to use the phone lanyard.
- What length is the lanyard, and will it fit me?
The lanyard adjusts from 95 to 160cm (37.4–63.0in) and fits people 160–185cm (5'3"–6'1") tall without any changes. If you're shorter or prefer your phone to sit higher, simply detach the round cord. Taller users can still use it, and it will sit slightly above the waist.
- What is the detachable round cord for?
It's a 24.5–40.5cm dotted nylon cord that detaches for use as a phone wrist strap, bag charm or neck lanyard, or to hang items like a water bottle, keys or an umbrella. The silver dots are reflective, adding visibility outdoors.
- What can I carry in the pocket and bag?
The zipper pocket holds small items like AirPods, and the included foldable bag stores inside it when not in use. Attach the bag to the lanyard to carry your phone, earphones, cards, tissues or glasses. Keep the load under 2kg and avoid sharp objects, as the bag has no inner lining.
- How much weight can it hold?
The standard load is 4kg for the Metal Anchor and 2kg for the Nylon Anchor, and 10–12kg for the quick-release hook. Please don't exceed the standard load of any component.
- Can I machine wash it?
Yes, gently. Remove the round cord, put the lanyard in a laundry bag and wash below 40°C with regular detergent (no bleach). Air dry away from direct sunlight and wipe the metal parts dry to prevent rust. For Misty Cove, avoid rubbing vigorously to protect its surface treatment.
